The New Normal – Integrating Best Teaching Practices from the Pandemic to the Classroom

Facilitator: Professor Robert Riggleman, Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering
Convener: Joe Rummaneethorn, CETLI Graduate Fellow, Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering

The pandemic has forced us to be adaptable in our teaching. In rising up to the challenge, various new practices and innovations in teaching evolved into being. The workshop will explore and discuss the ‘new normal’ in teaching as we return to in-person instruction, particularly on how we can (re)integrate best practices from the pandemic to further improve efficacy, inclusivity, and access to teaching/learning.

Light lunch will be provided! 🙂

All graduate students are welcome. This event grows out of concerns in the Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering department and so may be most useful to students in related fields.

Counts toward the CETLI Teaching Certificate.
