Please look here to troubleshoot any issues with pre-assigned breakout rooms in Zoom.
Zoom’s tutorials can show you how to schedule a remote class meeting with students and review the controls you have access to as the meeting host. Consider enabling settings that prevent uninvited guests from joining your Zoom sessions (also known as Zoombombing).
Zoom meetings can have up to 300 participants and hosts can hold an unlimited number of meetings. Meetings can last as long as 24 hours. Students do not need accounts to participate, but should be encouraged to log in through their Penn Zoom account to ensure functionality of features such as pre-assigned breakout rooms.
